The Double-Take was the first project I was assigned at Waterfield, and ended up being my first product launched there just a mere 2 weeks later.

Our customers were looking for a laptop sleeve that could hold both a laptop and a tablet together while still remaining compact and protective.

I was interested in using wool, a material the company had never used before. I thought its texture would be a nice contrast against the nylon and leather.

The wool felt fabric would also cushion the devices and prevent them from scratching each other. The exterior is padded with foam as well.

Using two cases to protect both your Ipad and a separate laptop could get bulky and unwieldy. The Double-Take’s svelte design makes it easy to carry In your work backpack.

Inspired by accordion style wallets, The two compartments of the case are padded with foam and wool fabric to ensure no wear and tear affects your electronics

The Double-Take is right at home in a mobile work environment; the supple leather hand-grip allows for easy handle when moving from office rooms to meetings
