The focus of this photo was aimed at capturing the texture seen in the sand dunes, as well as capturing the profound 'golden hour' lighting over the beach. The breeze from the ocean was harsh this evening, which is what caused these ripples in the sand to form so graciously. The seagulls seemed to enjoy the wind, seeing as how they typically glide overhead with no issues.
