This is a personal project that I decided to after I randomly thought of switching out a basketball for a sun and that concept would fit perfectly with the NBA Phoenix Suns team.

As mentioned before, I wanted to remove the basketball and replace it with a sun. I haven't done anything like this before and I want to stretch my creativity to see if I could make it happen. I believe I successfully accomplished this goal. As I was making this poster, I almost stopped creating at picture number #2 (below). However, I felt like the lighting needed to be adjusted and there needed to be more contrast add so that Chris Paul stood out from the background.  By the time I got to picture 3's status, I was happier with the results but I still wasn't done with it. I manipulated the lighting and the Sun's logo but there just wasn't enough contrast for me. Therefore, I added more shadows and added a purple color to the lines (that were created with gaussian blur) to add more detail to the image. Additionally, I made the logo look like a sticker or label by adding a bevel and emboss effect to it. I additionally changed the color to make it match with the color of the lines and his uniform.
