A forest in the city

Project works the problem that appears along of the neighborhood “Mariscal”; is the absence of public space and insufficient green areas. The parking lots and deteriorating spaces are consolidated like core of the urban blocks, this affects socially, economically and environmentally to the city.

A pilot plan is created with an urban renewal system that grants public space and green area building on existing blocks. The system strengthens the previous structure and allows their extension for the integration of a new program. The architectonic composition draw a grid of virtual boundaries where are configured horizontal and vertical connections allowing relations  like a whole unity.
