Lost Religion is a publication that explains Machiavelli’s reputation of being known as the immoral antichrist and discusses Christian morals in his book The Prince.
The publication has a clean swiss-style inspired design, using white space and balance to give a modern perspective on the subject. I created a strong contrast through out of the pages with the effective use of black and white colours. The black colour is to show the dark and sinister side of a Machiavellian character.
I broke the grid by using bold expressive typography and created a strong contrast with the swiss style grid. It reflects content debating whether Machiavelli is a teacher of evil or a morally misunderstood person.
