    Vanishing Hitch Hikers are mysterious ghosts who wander highways and back roads, often looking out of time and place. The tend to disappear from the vehicle without warning before reaching their destination, and are often seen as omens.
  • "The Phantom Hag"
    The Phantom Hag approaches her victims from behind when the light is fading and the weather is cold. They die mysteriously the next day.
  • Quallupilluk
    Qallupilluk are creatures from Inuit mythology that appear from the cracks in the ice to steal away children. Their hair is filled with seaweed, and they emanate a distinct humming sound which can be heard beneath the ice.
