My personal business cards incorporate the things I love - screen printing + trains and winding roads.
I created a three colour, vector illustration, which I screen printed on thick card. This card already had my details tiled and digitally printed on the flip side. When I cut the cards down to size, each had a part of the initial illutration at the back.
