Bethany Church hosts a Family Fun Night every year in early March at the local YMCA. Especially with Family and Kids events, we like to have some fun in the promotion. 

The initial concept was to play off the idea that parents have a lot more to deal with in the Wisconsin winters because their kids can't play outside, and that the Family Fun Night at the Y would be a fun outlet for the kids and a good social time for the parents. We took this concept and blew it WAY up to make it seem like it was a thriller movie with high stakes. The challenge with this format is to make it feel tense, but not too tense to lose the humor. The balance was hard to strike, but I think we accomplished that well.
