An old fashion decorated beach house that was not in use anymore as it wasn't cosy and comfortable enough for their owners or to rent.

As it had a huge potential and a good location in one of the best surf spots in Portugal, Home Staging Factory convinced the owner to invest a little in order to put it in the short rental market.

After a total refurbishment and new decoration, the house looked a completely different one and got a fresh and eye-catching new look.

Despite has been put it on the market in June it was rented the whole Summer!
