Two Megan collabs, but only one has immense praise and social commentary in digital spaces. WAP, which caused an uproar about being good role models and sexualization, but was still a very catchy song with good lyrics. Lick on the other hand only had the enjoyment of a Megan verse. Shenseea, a Jamaican artist who is quite talented, just fell flat. I honestly expected a lot more energy in the song. I wanted to talk about the difference in the two songs because 'Lick' looked similar to 'WAP' but seemed very lackadaisical in comparison.
