The project was executed in a minimalist style, using black and white materials as requested by the customer. Two types of imitation stone and light-coloured plaster were used on the facades, while granite and dark terracotta were used on the ground and terrace. The stone used in the project is stylistically matched to the existing stone.
The project combines two types of imitation stone and light-coloured plaster on the facades, and granite and dark terrazzo on the ground and terrace. The facades and the plot benefit from the combination of different lighting scenarios.
Thus, the plot includes a car park for two cars, an insulated summer kitchen, an aviary for two dogs, and a covered room for household needs.
