Revitalization and Renovation of Housing Area
This is a project assigned by a developer team. The goal is to revitalizing the neighbourhood so they able to sell unsold house which is build around 10 years ago.
The interior is designed for the show unit with modern classical theme requested by clients. With the limited space, we keep the layout as it is, and play more with wall designs.
Classical is identic with profiles and panels. To keep the balance between classic and modern, profiles and panels are simplified. Reflective materials, such as, bronze mirrors are applied on several spots. To make the interior feels wider and cozier, bright and clean color tone is chose.
