Pediram-me que criasse uma infografia sobre mim - com as minhas qualidades e defeitos - e sobre os caminhos possíveis (ou impossíveis) para a minha Faculdade. Então perguntei-me: Como é que raio é que vou fazer isso?!
Sabia que queria abordar este projecto de uma forma peculiar e única - como eu, na verdade. Depois de vasculhar alguns livros, encontrei um que teve uma grande influência na minha infância - uma compilação das "Fábulas de La Fontaine". Peguei nas minhas personagens preferidas, trouxe-as para
a minha infografia e tentei perceber quais as suas características principais e qual a percentagem que eu tenho de cada uma dessas características.
Peguei em jornais antigos, uma tesoura e cola e construí as minhas personagens.
Usei a mesma técnica na minha outra infografia, que ilustra os vários caminhos para a minha Faculdade - tirando que imaginei que Lisboa era um Arquipélago!

It was asked of me to come up with an infographic about myself - my qualities as well as my faults - and on the possible (or impossible) ways to get to my Faculty. I asked myself: how am I supposed to do that?!
I knew I wanted to approach this project in a very quirky and unique manner - much like myself, really. After digging through some old books of mine, I found one that really influenced me as a child - a compilation of "La Fontaine's Fables". So I took some of my favorite characters, brought them into my infographic and tried to understand what were their main characteristics and what percentage of each one of those characteristics I had in me.
I took some old newspapers, some scissors and some glue and put together my characters.
I used the same technique in my other infographic, that illustrated the several routes I could take to get to my Faculty - except I imagined that Lisbon was a cluster of islands!

9% Vain + 12% Smart + 17% Carefree + 23% Workaholic + 18% Persistent + 11% Presumptuous + 10% Stubborn = 100% Me
Each route has its pros and cons:
1. If I take the first route, I'll probably break an arm...and probably not just an arm.
2. Route two, which involves travelling on top of a very cute wale, sounds pretty nice.
3. Rowing the whole way there will guarantee some really toned biceps.
4. Taking route four will include ridding on a pirate ship, which increases my chances of crossing paths with Captain Jack Sparrow, which is a huge plus...just saying.
