Branding | Stroll-N-Move

Stroll-N-Move is a mother & child fitness class in the Edwardsville, IL area.

I was approached and asked to create a new brand that would not only represent the entire organization of Stroll-N-Move, but also represent all 3 of the classes that are offered. The client wanted a whimsical and brightly colored identity.

I started with a simple logo that I drew by hand first. I then scanned my drawing into the computer and used a Wacom tablet to trace my original drawing in Adobe Illustrator. From there, I tweaked the drawing here and there, ending up with the logo below.
I showed the client a few different options for the logo. Their favorite option was the one above, but they wanted to add the logos for all three of the exercise classes into the logo.

In order to not over complicate the logo, I included just the icons from the classes, in corresponding colors that the client chose.
This is the icon/logo for the "Stroller Power" class. I think it's pretty self-explanatory why I used a stroller as the icon, so...yeah.
This is the icon/logo for "Power Mamas." In this class, they use free weights so using weights as the icon seemed appropriate.
This is the icon/logo for "Movin' with Mommies." I chose a tennis shoe to symbolize movement since the class involves a lot of energy and action.
