My Youtube Algorithm - A Data Visualisation Project

This project was done in the framework of a Data Visualisation class at the SRH Berlin School of Design and Communication. The data was taken from my personal Youtube algorithm, inspired by the fact that Youtube is my most used form of social media. I was researching what kind of videos the algorithm recommends me and based on them I created a visual representation with different symbols and colours. The most difficult part of this project was to put the very different videos into just a few categories. The results can be seen and read according to the key in the following images.
