Hom2E is a freshly born, modern real estate company with a primary focus on Lofts, Industrial apartments, Houses, and Flats. The firm was established by experienced agents that wanted to create a place where people would be offered selected properties with an excellent service. The company aspires to have a reputation as a modern brand and wants to stand out in a very competitive market. Be++er was responsible for creating the entire brand from the very beginning. The work also included included strategy, naming, and website design.




The challenge and approach

One of the biggest challenges when developing a brand strategy is to define how through the design we will achieve a strong, unique and meaningful brand identity. Before any creative work started we had developed a strategy that guided our design process.


In depth research and analysis generated insights about external competition and market segmentation as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company. This lead to creation of the very unique style and tone of the voice.


Solution

The research and analysis enabled us to create the name, communication and design that is easy to understand, unique and stands out from the crowd.

The name is a simple word "home" with a number "2" inserted after the letter "m" which corresponds to the unit square meter, the main unit for measuring property size.

The name hom2E has a double meaning. It can be read as "home to Everyhome" and this was also implemented in the communication strategy.

The wordmark represents various elements related to real estate. For instance, the letter "m" looks like a building from an angle, and the letter "E" represents a loft seen from a side.
