These are digital posters that I design for our Learning Engagement Activities. 

In order to make learning activities with Udemy Business more fun and engaging for employees, I initiate 2 events which are U-spiration & Top Learners of The Month.

The main idea of U-spiration is sharing learning tips including how to motivate employees to learn, how to pick interesting and most updated classes, and how to enroll in classes with Bahasa Indonesia subtittles, and other technicall information related to utilize Udemy Business as one of Learning & Development tools in our company. The speakers for this event are Top Learners and PIC from L&D and Engagement Department.

Top Learners has one goal to give pride and reward for users with most hours spent in Udemy.
