FINAL MAJOR PROJECT-
For this project I want to investigate narrative in illustrations to help tell a story. I want to do this as children’s book illustrations is defiantly a career path that I would want to peruse for my future as an illustrator. My research will focus in on different children’s book illustrators and their character designs. As well as the origins of children’s stories and the folk law behinds them. I want to help further my story telling abilities in my own illustrations.

I am proud of the final outcomes of this project. I think I have done what I set out to do which was to create my own book for children aged 3-5 based on Little Red Riding Hood. I am really looking forward to showcasing my book in my final show and hopefully even sell a few copies. I would happy create another children’s book and it definitely something I could see myself doing as a future career as it was really fun.
