These were the result of the first three days of an Illustrator Creative Challenge. They were the only ones having to do with branding, so I stopped after the third. February 28 - March 2
Day 1: Create a modern logo.
- Back when I first started working with Illustrator, I created a fake business called Vibrant Vines. Looking back at the logo I created makes me cringe, so I decided to revamp it a bit. I created leaf-like shapes using the circle tool and shape builder. With that shape, I made a flower/succulent looking design that also plays off of the V's in Vibrant Vines.
Day 2: Design a business card for your business
- The business revolved around fun plants, so I wanted to create a business card that reflected that. I created a pattern using the same leaf shape from the logo. I then used fun colors to create the rest of the card.
Day 3: Brand board
-First off, I created a color scheme for the business. I wanted to incorporate greens in the design, but I also wanted a pop of color to resonate with the business's values. With these colors, I made a few different variations of the logo to show some potential color combos and placements. Lastly, I found some fonts for the business to use for their ads, website, etc.. I found that these fonts spoke well for the brand.
