The Casa Golferichs is a modernista house built in 1901 at number 491 on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes (Barcelona). It currently houses a civic center in the Eixample District. It is right now protected as a Heritage Building of Local Interest (BCIL).

Our work consisted in a detailed survey of the general structure, mainly the ashlar walls and the wooden ceilings, as well as the many details of the windows, stuccoes and pavements.
