This device assists users by making the process of filling zip lock bags significantly easier. It acts as a support which holds the bag in place which relieves the user from holding the bag themselves. The empty bag is stretched over the curved arms, which hold it vertically up and keep tension on the bag to to prevent from slipping. After the bag is filled it can be pulled off the arms and sealed. Slots in the base allow for different tensions depending on bag size and threw slots allow for an easy and flat storage.  The device is made from a food and dishwasher safe stainless steel. 

This projects was completed as part of a final year product development course. We were tasked with fully designing and manufacturing a low cost assistive device.
