THE STORY BEHIND
This poster portray what people these days ate in regular basis. They tend to get so busy, so they went for fast and instant food which is very unhealthy. Eating instant food could cause obesity and overweight, and it could leads to another disease.
 
SOLUTION
People usually never realized what they did until someone tell them. So, we came up with idea using a real banana and fish and covered it with instant packaging. The goal for this poster is for people to realize and be aware of what they're eating and switch from instant food to real food.
