FIL ROUGE
The two materials that make up the project are entangled by a “red thread”: a perfect fit.
They are like the ying and the yang, they complete each other, one can’t function without the other and viceversa.

Fil Rouge is a clothes hangers focused on functional design, the aesthetic and the harmony that brings in the room.

It’s design is based on the fit of two light weight materials that with a functional interlock give birth to an interesting and resistant object.
Fil rouge is inspired by setup-library for Danese with cardboard walls and transparent plastic shelves designed by Enzo Mari in 1969.
The model presents a geometric form, squared and strict, forgiven by the calm of it’s colors and rationality.
The object is composed by four faces of white honeycomb cardboard that are rested one on the other in a teepee shape.
The facades have three holes each penetrated by six musk green plastic tubulars, which confer the object stability.
The honeycomb cardboard's outside is composed by two flat cardboard pieces and on the inside by wavy cardboard held together by natural collants. The use of the honeycomb structure is very resistant and able to support heavy objects, despite this it remains very light.
This material has a lot of qualities such us recyclable, biodegradable, light, resistance and versatile.
For these reasons that honeycomb cardboard is being used more and more often for different things,  for example the inside of doors, packaging, totems and it’s also a great solution in technical and artistic fields. Furthermore the honeycomb cardboard is suitable for many kinds of manufacture such as laser cut, milling machine, molded, cordoned and folded.
Plastic corner profiles are able to embody different functions, mostly in the design and architecture field, they often work to protect indoor and outdoor corners and to seal the corners of the floors and walls.  Corner profiles are composed by PVC, stands for polyvinyl chloride. PVC is one of the most used plastic materials, used in thousands of fields, above all often industrial - technical, for example the construction field, alimentary and pharmaceutical packaging, paper converting fashion and design.
