Google Glass for Law Enforcement

I recently got my hands on some Google Glasses and it's pretty exciting to think of all the possibilities for new concepts, products, and implementations. Working at LexisNexis we had mountains of data to work with and many products for law enforcement professionals including those in the field such as police officers. One of the concepts I played around with was an identification and profiling application that would allow officers to quickly identify and pull up information on anyone they come into contact with while out in the field. This concept not only takes advantage of facial recognition but also extends to objects as well such as license plates or location-based information such as home or business addresses.

Here are some sample low fidelity wireframes I created which allows me to quickly play around with the information architecture, interaction design, and layout. Starting with this level of details allows me to work quickly and focus on the core elements of the design without getting bogged down into the details of color and visual aesthetic.
