East Sikkim.
Tiny homes nestled in tucked in the hillside, bright flowers growing in a neat row out front, a faint outline of the Himalayas in the backdrop. Eastern Himalayas get a lot of rain in the spring-summer seasons. Fate is such that, I've only happened to visit Sikkim during such seasons. Every time I've cursed my luck for not being able to witness the majestic view of the Kanchenjunga. This time however, after going through another long, cold winter in Canada, it was a blessing to be surrounded by such lush greenery.
