In Dubai an amazing new part of the city is emerging. The world's tallest tower - the Burj Khalifa - might be the showpiece, but it's not the only record-breaker in a city obsessed with superlatives. After seven years of construction work, the main attractions are now complete. Only the residential and commercial buildings will still take some time to reach completion.
