A small apartment for a young couple who had been living in rental apartments for a long time and who had many cherished dreams for a new home.

The main points that had to be considered were: the need for two independent workspaces, a large amount of plants, pets, need for a separate waste storage area, a strong desire for a bed, quiet and seamless flooring.

Also, as in most cases, the budget was limited. We allocated it in such a way as not to invest in walls, but to invest in furniture and atmosphere. Many of the walls we left as they were when the apartment was delivered, the floor was poured, and the ceiling was left bare and all the wiring exposed. In contrast to this furniture elements have been thought out in detail.
In the living room is a desk without legs, fixed to the wall. Low chest of drawers by the window hides radiator and is an extended window sill, it is also a place for a cat, and on the side behind a closed door a place for the computer system unit with all the wires and other unsightly. A slotted hole is provided for connecting monitors.
In the bedroom, in the area of the bay window the radiators are also closed, but already with a podium, which is brought up to the level of the partitioning. The result is a comfortable place for rest, work and plants.
The podium, table and closet are almost a single furniture design, thought out in such a way that you do not have to think about the decor of the space.

The bathroom and toilet were also left unfinished, only the blocks were painted in bright colors, and an independent shower area was built.

In general, the project was able to play on the contrast of hooliganism, rough textures and meticulous thought-out every detail.
