The artwork recreates the 3 sences of hearing, taste and seeing. A bit grotesque, however this man recreates modern society and how we may want to hear and know everything around us, to see and understand everything, even the things that ussualy don't affect us. Our society might be too absorbed in over-consumption, not only materially, but also spiritually in our thoughts.
