Below are four examples of the type of portrait style that I want to attempt to recreate for my own self portrait. I have stepped away from the UV paint and backlight idea, as many others were doing it and I didnt want something that looked the same as everyone elses. The Idea is to create a camouflage inspired piece. Instead of using intricate floral designs like the ones below, Im going to use a triangle design that I have a really bad habit of doodling everywhere, making the portrait more personal to myself.

Below I have uploaded four photos to show the development of my test run. I am planning on using a white undercoat all over to blend my skin in with the white paper which will be used as a background. The background will be one big print out of my triangles which I will have a duplicate of in digital form. I will then line up the digital form using a projector against the backdrop. Then with the help from others, I will attempt to have the missing part of the design copied onto my skin from the guidelines from the projection. Here I have looked into the coloured paints and done a small test area. However, the triangles will be much larger than this on the final design.
