Istanbul, Turkey
A city of contradictions
I traveled to Istanbul in September of 2009. We arrived during the Ramadan celebration. The city is a collection of old world, high society and fashionistas, the very religious and the very secular of society. It is filled with contradictions and contrasting beliefs that make this city both interesting and visually compelling. Here's is a small sampling of work that I captured during my trip through this vibrant metropolis.
