Enya towels | Visual Identity


The brand name was given beforehand so I was additionally tasked to connect it to the brand story. After reading through some definitions of "Enya" online, I stuck to Japanese translations which were "bewitching, beautiful, and charming". I tried to make the logo look like it, sharp but still curvy - almost flirty.

I envisioned the branding of Enya to be like Regina George from Mean Girls. I wanted to embody her coolness, confidence, uniqueness, and ability to make people want to "sit with her" through choices of colors and shapes. 

To whip out an Enya towel at the beach would turn heads as it's bright, colorful, and even reversible, giving you two looks in one. I thought of the tagline "STEAL THE SHOW" for the brand, as the product really is eye catching and would give anyone main character energy at the beach.
