Brief: When her perfect older sister falls into the clutches of an ancient soul-eating entity and starts seeing frightening visions, the rebellious black sheep of a close-knit joint family must find a cure to save the only person in the household she cares for - all while her relatives turn on each other like wild animals. Paashaan explores horror through the breakdown of a happy joint family. It focusses on how lies and deceit, left unattended, fester underneath a seemingly healthy surface. The demon in the story is a supernatural manifestation of the divide in the family.
