Masterpiece Project

Overview: For this project, we were given the instructions of recreating a famous art piece using nothing but stock image photos from Adobe Stock. 

Potential Choices:

I had decided to go with Vincent van Gogh's painting "Bedroom in Arles." I started out with finding some images to layout a foundation for the scene, and get a rough idea of how I want it to look. I decided to redo it up a little bit with using various forms of art in addition to the traditional oil painting look used for the original painting. 

The first image laid down was the floor boards, going with a more traditiona;ist look of line work filled in with color. 

The second image chosen was for the walls, using a look of paint strokes of varying weight and size giving a feeling of an oil canvas.

Beginning work on the right side of the room starting with the largest object, the bed. Which while one may not consider a photograph as art, it is what it represents as art can come in any form. Some of the best art comes from the natural beauty of the world.
