Problems
In Chinese student restaurants, chopsticks are put into round cans or big boxes. The top of the sticks would be in different directions, so users may touch the side of chopsticks that others put into their month. That might result in health and hygiene problems.
Concept
Use the form of a chopsticks holder to force users to take the middle of the sticks.
The opening makes it easier for users to pick up the last chopsticks.
An extra space on both ends of the holder can hold some tissues.
