We were asked to choose a 3-5 letter word, research it, and create a typeface relating to that word. We then had to take that typeface and create it in wood. Having very little woodshop experience before this point, I'm very proud of how my letters turned out! I took inspiration from the Yiddish/Hebrew alphabet with angles and a mixture of round and square.
