Below are two nonfiction stories that I wrote in Fall 2013 for a Creative Nonfiction Workshop. Both are based on real events that took place that summer. These are the second drafts of each. Both stories have gone through further revisions since, but I feel that those need to be trimmed down a bit before I post them anywhere online. Enjoy.
