Dance in One of the Architectural Jewels of Bogotá
A utopia where everything is perfect. A paradise that exists in another world, but that is a reflection of ours. A place where we would like to live all the time.
That's 'Elysium' (Elysian fields in english), a concept from Greek mythology that inspired the eponymous immersive dance creation that will premiere in the Bronx Creative District College building.
Thanks to an international collaboration grant from the British Council, the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo Dance Company and the James Cousins Company from the United Kingdom embarked on the creation of this project, a co-production with the Bronx Creative District that featured the Alliance of the Performing Arts Career of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
