My role
-mood-board design and styling .
-sourcing the venue, suppliers and vendors to fit the brief and design.
-drawing up sketches, creating mock ups and layout design.
-drawing up timelines and production schedules.
-briefing the make-up and hair artist, the florist on what is needed from them for the final look and design.
-directing the models on the day with the photographer and managing the time.
-on the day set up of all items and elements, styling the furniture and decor pieces, execution of the brief and plan and coordination of all suppliers and vendors.
-capturing all the video content for social media
-editing and producing the instagram reel for socials
