The EE 'Albert' Homepage presents the agent with a hub of menus, quick links and tools to help them diagnose and assist the customer as quickly as possible. Alongside an expanding category mega menu, the agent also has access to a 'toolbox' of customised favourites and bookmarks. Customer information is presented on the right hand side allowing the agent to quickly find details while also navigating to the correct article.
Albert was completely wireframed before design started allowing clear visibility on layout and proposed functionality. 
A device page is a key page for the EE agent. The layout is based on an ecommerce product page with information, imagery and tabbed content and easy to find locations. Basing the page on a familiar template allows the user to navigate and locate information faster.
