A smiling cowboy has you in his sites, he could take you at any time.  Memento Mori is the inspiration.  The poem next to the cowboy says, "My shot will not miss, I promise you.  Everyone dances to the ballet I sing."  Live while you can and have a smile or two, the sands of time are passing.
