Based on the article "Where design is going and how to be there" by Cheryl Heller, this piece was designed to showcase the similarities in development between the progression of graphic design as a profession and new graphic designers making their way into the field. I chose to showcase these similarities in a map form in order to point out the non-linear progression that students take to become professionals.
