Curate Brand Identity

Curate is an idea for a Learning Management System (LMS) that would provide universities and organisations an opporutnity to create beautiful online courses. Over a few weeks, I developed two moodboards that could help build the brand and establish the first look and feel of the LMS. 
This concept uses the ideology that digital products with a dark UI design are often stylish. The branding relies on images with a colourful and vibrant colour palette to attract users to a platform that can be a place for creativity and learning. The background lines and colourful organic shapes feature the brand’s creative identity to catch the attention of the user. The font Poppins is geometric in style, clean and great for both headlines and paragraph copy to improve readability and style.
The second moodboard uses a multicoloured palette on a clean white canvas making it easier for users to navigate the page. The classic Libre Franklin font displays the simple and straightforward attribute for the brand with its distinct rounded corners. Using colour in typography brings a fun element into the brand and pairs well with the 3D illustrations which elevates the brands creative identity. Shadows enhance the simple layout and work in conjunction with the design of the 3D illustrations.
