For this student project, Proverbial Wisdom quotes were the subject of this assignment. The quotes had to be able to translate onto a social media platform. The selected quote was a text from Psalm. Creating this composite had a lot of room for creativity in determining where each word of the verse was placed and how it was placed. Along with determining the layout of the verse, it was important to keep in mind that when put on a social media platform it will be smaller, and making sure it was still readable when compressed to a small ratio was important.

These are some of the thumbnails created while brainstorming ideas of how to place and format the chosen verse. One thing while brainstorming ideas that took quite a bit of time was playing around with hierarchy and figuring out which words should stand out and mean the most. It was also important to keep in mind that there shouldn't be too many bold or big words, or that could take away the hierarchy. 

Here are the final three composites in different color variations. These fall-neutral colors were picked because they tied in with the mood of the Biblical verse chosen. After adding each color to the composites, it still felt like something was missing. That's when the executive decision was made to add a stroke to the letters to help the words stand out. On the very end is one of the composites put into a social media platform, which is an Instagram story. This way it's able to be put to the test to see if it's compatible with a social media platform.
