The brief: Designing products for the kitchen achievable injection molding
Pepper mill from linear and ergonomic silhouette and innovative mechanism based on vertical pressure: it presents a central shaft to which a grater is attached, the movement brings the peppercorns to rub against a second fixed grating and the milled product comes out. Two guides prevent the grains access to the mechanism, one attached to the shaft and the other fixed. The use becomes more linear with respect to the traditional mill with rotational mechanism requiring less strain on the wrist and requiring a minimum force in the thumb.
