Project jaiye is a renewal scheme of an existing apartment structure in the heart of lagos, Nigeria. The plot contains 2 existing multi storey structures with mostly single and double room apartments. The renewal scheme was aimed at renovating the old structure and converting the old spaces to full serviced 2bedroom apartments. The building test was carried out after which the design commenced, the spaces were redesigned in relation with the existing stair location as maintaining structural integrity was paramount in the redesign. A total of 8 fully serviced 3 bedrooms and 2 bedroom apartments were attained after the redesign was completed. We hope you love it!
