Carnero Negro
ES- Durante el proceso de investigación de la bodega, se pudieron extraer algunos puntos importantes. El más destacable, fue que la bodega ha pasado por muchas generaciones hasta el día de hoy, demostrándose así que ha habido un gran trabajo por parte de las familias para que la bodega llegue hasta nuestros días, después de 150 años. Por lo tanto, haciendo referencia a esto, el concepto ha girado en torno al término “Sucesión generacional”. De ahí la composición fotográfica que muestra la mitad de la cara de un carnero y la otra mitad de un cordero, su cría, representando la sucesión familiar padre-hijo en la tradición bodeguera.
EN- During the winery investigation process, some important points could be extracted. The most notable was that the wine cellar has passed through many generations until today, demonstrating the great job from the families so that the wine cellar reaches to our days, after 150 years. Therefore, referring to this, the concept has revolved around the term “Generational Succession”. Hence the photographic composition that shows half the face of a ram and the other half of a lamb, representing the father-son family succession in the winery tradition of the cellar.
ES- Además de esto, se nos pidió que la idea se relacionase con el concepto “Fuerza y valor”. A partir de esto, la idea del naming surge a través del modismo "Ser la oveja negra de la familia". Ésta, se refiere a una persona que aparentemente se muestra diferente dentro de una familia o a un grupo concreto. El término también se relaciona generalmente con la rebeldía. Para darle un énfasis mayor, se optó por sustituir “Oveja” por “Carnero” ya que el carnero tiene fama de un líder orgulloso y se muestra como el valiente del rebaño.
EN- In addition to this, we were asked to relate the idea to the concept "Strength and Courage". From this, the idea of naming arises through the idiom "Being the black sheep of the family". This refers to a person who appears to be different in a family or a specific group. The term is also generally related to rebellion. To give it a bigger emphasis, it was decided to replace "Sheep" with "Ram" since the ram is reputed to be a proud leader and is shown as the brave one of the flock.
