Mental illness does not reveal itself in an obvious manner. Often, it is the most unassuming person who is feeling this pain.

Hence for Breaking The Silence, a show where individuals with depression describe their experience with the condition and how they moulded themselves into recovery, capturing this process became crucial.

Inspired by Kintsugi, the art of piecing broken objects together, we developed this opening title of everyday broken objects, an allegory for our profiles. We pieced them back together with gold lines to reflect something new, and potentially better than what it was before.
