There are plenty of business cards representing individuals and companies. For this project, I studied how a good card is built and what makes it special and meaningful. In order to design something on my own, I did many sketches and consulted with people who have design experience.

It was fascinating to learn more about the printing process. When the design is ready, you need to adjust it for the printing requirements. All the colors should be adjusted for CMYK color system, and special bleed is created for the final work. This bleed is needed to maintain all the details and accuracy when the printed material is cut. Here you can see an example of the file for printing with bleeds.
