Here's some example of how to use ball exercises in practise. 
Meet Bunny, the clumsy dog :)

Just before I started rough animation, I decided to simplify her as much as I could to focus only on motion. So I divided her into two bouncing balls.
Here's how it looked in first phase:

And than when I decided that this is the motion I want, I started drawing rough. 

And this is how Bunnys animation was created :) Hope you like it!
