Design
Human beings often act on inertia, driven by their environment without taking the time to think. We are rational beings, and this quality is often underutilized. That's why I aim to provide an appropriate space for contemplation.
I propose a piece of outdoor furniture, such as a terrace, that takes advantage of the fresh air and relaxation that these spaces offer. The design intends to facilitate brain oxygenation and create an environment conducive to deep thinking.
Its ergonomic design distributes body weight between the backrest and the seat, which are flexible, ensuring an upright and comfortable posture that stimulates people's awareness, keeping them awake and alert.

Diseño
El ser humano actúa con la inercia que le marca su entorno sin tomarse el tiempo para pensar. Somos seres racionales y esta cualidad está desperdiciada, por eso busco proveerle de un espacio adecuado para pensar.
Propongo una pieza de mobiliario para uso exterior como una terraza. La idea es aprovechar el aire corriente de estos espacios que mantienen frescas y relajadas a las personas, pero sobre todo, les ayudan a oxigenar su cerebro.
Su ergonomía distribuye el peso del cuerpo entre el respaldo y el asiento, que son flexibles, brindando una postura erguida y cómoda que estimula la consciencia de las personas al maneterlas despiertas.
Composition
The piece is constructed from high-strength stainless steel, specifically chosen for its ability to withstand outdoor environments found in cities, rural areas, and salty coastal terraces. The substantial weight of this material ensures its stability during strong winds.
The design originated with considerations for ease of production and material efficiency, aiming to blend its basic shapes and polished finish seamlessly with the surrounding environment, creating a timeless and durable piece. It consists of four CNC-processed sheets that can be disassembled for easy transportation.
Composición
Está hecha en un acero inoxidable con alta resistencia a los ambientes exteriores encontrados en ciudades, medios rurales y ambientes salinos en terrazas de playa, el alto peso de este material hace que soporte fuertes vientos.
El diseño se originó teniendo en cuenta la facilidad de producción y el ahorro de materiales y busca que sus formas básicas y acabado pulido se mezclen con el entorno haciéndola una pieza atemporal y duradera.
Está compuesta de 4 láminas procesadas en CNC y se puede desarmar para facilitar su transporte.
